If you want to become a copy trader, please follow these steps to complete the application: 

I.   Submit application

1. Log in to the AscendEX App and click Copy Trading on the homepage.

2. Enter the copy-trading page and click Become a Trader.

3. the trader application page, enter your email address and Telegram account. Then, read and check the box for "I've read and agree to Copy Trading Service Agreement." Finally, click Submit Application to complete the trader application.

4. Once the application has been submitted, you will receive a notification on the current page stating that your information has been successfully submitted. The review process is expected to be completed within 1 business day. Please give our team sufficient time to contact you.

 

II.   Qualification Review

Upon submitting your trader application, the platform will conduct a qualification review of the information provided. Failure to meet the relevant criteria may result in an unsuccessful application. Therefore, please ensure that you meet the following criteria before submitting your application:

  1. Open at least 3 positions in AscendEX Futures within 1 week.
  2. Maintain a balance of at least 500 USDT in your futures account. 

Note: If you are currently copying trades of a trader, you cannot apply to become a copy trader. Please close your positions and cancel the copy-trading before starting your application.

If your application fails, please pay close attention to the information prompts on the current page and modify your information accordingly for resubmission. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Once your application has been successfully submitted, the platform will complete the relevant review within 1 business day.

III. Approval Process

1. Once your application passes the review, you will have successfully become a copy trader on the platform. You can then access the trader page directly and start a leading order!
 

Note: Before starting leading orders, we recommend you complete your information settings as a trader, such as your nickname and profile, to attract more users and gain followers.

2. If your application does not pass the review, the system will provide a reason for the failure. You can either resubmit your application based on the feedback provided or contact our official customer support team for further assistance.
